This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern and comfortable design. The living room area features a comfortable seating area/sofas and widescreen TV, and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large, open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all modern appliances needed for a self-catering stay.There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, double bed and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and access to the balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub on this floor.
Outside the garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool with roman steps for easy access and a seating area overlooking the pool. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Satellite TV (Full UK and Russian Satellite) with free Video on Demand and free WI-FI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.
Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a luxury property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.

- Area Description Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports. The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer

For a stay in September, 2014
This was our 5th visit to Cyprus and our first time in Protaras as we usually stay in Paphos. We now understand why Protaras is so popular :) The beaches are the best we have seen in Europe and the resort itself is fantastic for families.
The villa was clean and spacious and we loved the fact that the pool area had sun all day long. We didn't bother with car hire as everything we needed was within a 15 minute walk. We took a bus to the waterpark in Ayia Napa one day which only 30 minutes away and worked out much cheaper than a taxi.
Many thanks to the staff at Imagine for arranging a late check-out for us. it was much appreciated. We hope to be back again next year.

For a stay in June, 2013
My husband and I stayed in this villa for 2 weeks with our 3 children and didn't want to leave at the end of our holiday.
The villa was very tastefully furnished and we loved the pool area which had sun all day. We hired a car for first week of our stay and visited Ayia Napa a couple of times but the 2nd week we just stayed at the villa or walked down to the lovely beach at the Golden Coast hotel. It was very easy to walk out into Pernera during the evening to visit restaurants. I would recommend Knights Pub for a great meal and atmoshpere.
We'll definitely be back again !
