Which areas do you cover?

What is the difference between Rental Management and a Guaranteed Lease?
With Rental Management your income follows the bookings, so you get the full upside of a strong season. With a Guaranteed Lease we pay you a fixed amount and carry the occupancy risk ourselves.
How long is a Guaranteed Lease?
Guaranteed Lease agreements run for a minimum of three years.
Can I still use my villa?
Under Rental Management you can block weeks for your own stays in the calendar. For a Guaranteed Lease, owner use is agreed when we set the terms.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your villa and the service you choose. We explain everything clearly in your free yield study, before you commit to anything.
Do you help with licensing and compliance?
Yes. We guide you through short-term rental licensing with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, safety standards and the tax obligations that come with letting.
