This fabulous 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is also a breakfast bar with seating area. A twin room, a W/C and a shower is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, the villas has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is another double room and a twin room. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower.

Outside, the overflow swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

A satellite TV and WI-FI are included. The villa also has full air-conditioning and a pool heating is also available and is optional,charged at 60 Euros per day. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.

Just a short drive to both Protaras and the livelier resort of Ayia Napa, Cape Greco is well known for its private and secluded villas along with amazing sea views over the eastern coastline. Spend a day at the popular Konnos Bay Beach with its crystal clear waters and soft white sand before heading back to enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in Protaras or Ayia Napa. The house is very well located on the outskirts of Protaras with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea in a quiet location. It is very easy to reach beaches, restaurants and supermarkets and in Larnaca is about 30 minutes by car. It is very clean, the care by Imaginevillas is excellent and everything you need to spend your holidays there relaxing and nice is on hand. We love it!

We booked this property last minute during coronavirus and as a result got a great deal. The villa itself was lovely - great pool and sea views, good sized bedrooms with lots of storage. Air con in each room. The showers get really nice and hot with good pressure. We were only 4 staying in a villa for 10 so it definitely felt really spacious but I think it would be quite tight for 10 people especially considering only ~5 sunloungers. For us, it was great. The kitchen is well equipped and came with things like washing up liquid and the bathrooms had shower gel etc which is always handy. The communication we had beforehand to intro us to the villa etc was really good. We did have a problem with locking the sliding doors to the pool area but they sent round someone to look at it really quickly. They were really helpful with booking taxis into town etc. We were able to extend our check out free of charge as our flight home wasn’t until 10.40pm which was hugely helpful. Location wise there isn’t an awful lot within walking distance (bars / restaurants/ shops) but we had a hire car and drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa. It was a short walk to Cape Greco which was stunning and we enjoyed hiking there in the mornings.

Gorgeous new villa with an amazing view (I will attach our photo). Located a little distance from the city, a kilometer from the Best Beach - Konnos. Ideal if you are going to rent a car. There is everything you need to stay and have a great holiday fun company. We had a late flight home and we were allowed to stay at the villa until the evening for free

New, clean, comfortable Villa with barbecue and swimming pool. The bathroom is indicated in the information, in fact, there are 3 of them. There are no hotels or villas nearby, the place is quiet and secluded, you can safely make noise. Good barbecue, keys are easy to get. The pool is immediately deep, good for adults. The villa is very cosy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. There is a toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, coffee maker. You can always call the agency with any questions, they react quickly and solve everything. They come to clean up.
