This villa is a luxurious and elaborate four bedroom sea front villa located in the heart of Protaras. Within walking distance to all beaches, bars, restaurants , shops and other amenities, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The ground floor features an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen and satellite TV (including Full UK satellite, Russian channels etc), DVD Player and large patio doors leading to the garden and sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 8 persons. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a separate WC with shower.
Upstairs, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms; The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and patio doors that lead to the shared balcony that overlooks the sea views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and private balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds and access to the shared balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining. There is a barbecue, worktop with cupboard space and a sink, outside shower, sun loungers and a large private pool overlooking the ocean. There is also the option of pool heating for an extra daily charge of 60 Euros. There is also a gate leading you to the pathway that will take you down to the beach.
Overall, a beautiful and contemporary sea front villa, just a minute walk to the beach, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

A very solid company, caring for the client. I forgot my phone to Cyprus and it was sent to me immediately. Contact with the staff very good. A beautiful, charming neighborhood. Beautiful bays, beaches. In winter, the village is very depopulated, restaurants, pubs, most of the shops are closed, but that did not bother us. We rested in peace and quiet.

Beautiful location. Kids loved the heated pool. Adults can stay inside while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool through the sliding glass doors.

Great location, beautiful small beach just outside, better then the one in the town. Spacious and comfortable villa for 2 families, heated pool. Easily reachable staff, they arrive within minutes if there is a need. Great for kids (air hockey table, pool toys etc.). We arrived late in the evening and there was breakfast in the fridge, tea and coffee. Beds comfortable, all furniture looked new. Sky tv. We will be coming back.October 2017 | Monika Carraro
This is very good property. Nicely maintained with all facility. It was safe and secure for kids with ample space for them to run around. Few bits of personal touch from maintenance providers who visited us during out stay. The view from the property is very nice and so is the walk around the area. All in all a good stay. We will definitely be ready to come here next time around.

There was almost a private beach just a minute walk. the pool was great, all facilities worked perfectly well. protaras is a very nice leisure town, like agia napa but much smaller. the beaches are amazing.

We have just returned home after staying in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks! It is everything it looks in the photos and more! It has lots of wardrobe space and the bed mattresses are so comfortable and new the sky tv is great for kids especially when it's too hot in the middle of the day! The air conditioning is fantastic and It's in a perfect location with the nearest shop only a few minutes walk away and a little pebbled beach at the bottom of the garden and Fig tree bay is only a 10 minute walk away if you go out the back gate. It is very peaceful there with beautiful sea views. I would highly recommend this villa we all had a fantastic stay!!

The villa is amazingly beautiful and the location is just perfect, right in front of the ocean. Zoe is very nice and helpful. The house is clean and equipped. We had a BBQ outside and it was great. We had a wonderful stay.
