Size of the bedrooms, storage space and the living areas are superb. The pool is without a doubt the best aspect of the villa and is well maintained and always clean. Stocking the fridge with milk and water for the 1sat day is a highly appreciated touch.

The location is great and you are on your own with no one around you so it’s really nice when travelling with young children etc. The villa was modern & the pool was amazing! Especially at night with the lights. I loved the blinds in the villa too :-) shower pressure water was great also.

Very nice villa! Gorgeous view. Everything is clear. The pool is clean. 3 bathrooms! (we were 2 families so this is important). Nice garden. The girl (staff) said that you can pick fruit, but we didn’t pick it, as it was still green. We had rental cars, so the distance to the beach didn't bother us. They asked me to clean the air conditioner in one room - the master came within an hour. We were satisfied, I recommend the villa !!

The Villa is very clean and roomy with an amazing view overlooking Proteras. Having 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. The Villa's aspect is spot on. It is easy to get into Proteras and Paralimni and all the amenities. We would definitely recommend it.

A lovely, stylish villa with pool - exactly as the photos. Air-con in the bedrooms worked well, the villa was very well equipped and everywhere was spotlessly clean with more than enough room for a family of 5. The pool was beautiful and a great temperature. The villa has a nice private feel and is not overlooked at all due to the land around it with fruit trees. There was a supermarket (Lidl) a couple of minutes drive so we cooked on the BBQ most nights, otherwise there were plenty of restaurants in the town. The view towards the sea was great - whether in the pool or sitting outside, we couldn't help but just stare at the view! Zoe was a great host - quick communication and very helpful. We were able to check in earlier than the stated time which was great. All in all, I would definitely recommend this villa.

Thank You Zoe, especially for the late check out where Zoe gave us another villa for the day since our plane was late without charging extra. And we appreciated it a lot. The pool is beautiful and as well the villa. Some things were missing like kitchen tools but overall we had a great stay. Communicating should be a bit faster but it was not a huge problem. Would definitely recommend this villa for beautiful vacations .

Nice location, short distance to the center of Protaras, very clean, perfect swimming pool, amazing view, Athina ( member of stuff ) very kind. The house is equipped with all that you need ! Perfect experience !
