This brand new fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras.Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom and shower room with w/c is also located on this floor.
Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c, this area is accessed via a separate entrance door. Upstairs, the villas has a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
Outside, the garden area features a large overflow swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.
A pool table and football table will provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults and satellite TV and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned and optional pool heating is also available charged at 60 Euros per day. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.

This villa is superb! Well located away from noisy main street but not too far from the sea. Lidl is only 2 min walking distance which made the stay even more better! Room are nice and cosy, kitchen is well equipped with all you need for cooking and grilling.

The villa is great, New, with everything that you need, approximately 7 min Walk to the beach, Quiet neighbourhood, tidy place, great for family and friends. We had a lovely time! Zoe, keep up the Good work!

Had a brilliant time at this villa. Great location with the center of Protaras just a 5 min walk away and Ayia Napa a 10min drive. Villa was very comfortable and exactly as described. Zoe was great and very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Best Holiday Ever!
Stayed here last year the villa was beautiful and spacious in a great area. Great outdoor pool to cool down in if the weather gets to hot. Zoe who we booked with was always on hand within minutes if we ever needed anything also such a nice lady. We loved it so much last year we've booked it again this year! The perfect accommodation for the 8 of us in Protaras! The description on Airbnb is accurate and we even found it better in real life. The pool was big, there were games to entertain us all, a wireless loudspeaker and the whole place was clean and tidy. The location is superb - a short walk from the grocery store (Lidl) and close to the many restaurants and the beaches. Zoe always responded quickly to all my questions and she helped us book airport transfer, which I recommend, since addresses don't seem to work the way many are used to with street name and number. We are very happy about choosing to stay in the villa and would gladly do it again if visiting Protaras.
