This modern and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a good selection of bars,restaurants and shops.The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay.

The ground floor features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fitted with modern day appliances and features a granite breakfast bar. The dining area comfortable seats 6 persons. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs the villa has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room a further double bedroom and 1 bedroom with single beds, all with fitted wardrobes, along with a family bathroom featuring tub and overhead shower.

Outside you will find the spacious garden and pool area, with plenty of daytime sun. There is a BBQ and sink area located to the side of the villa, ideal for outside summer dining. There are plenty of sun loungers, a pool shower and a separate seating area. The driveway offers private parking for up to 2 cars.

Overall a luxurious and contemporary villa in a peaceful location, ideal for couples and families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Area Description
The resort area of Kapparis is located between the larger resort of Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Whilst smaller than the neighbouring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on holiday in a quiet location. Kapparis has a number of local and international restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches which are especially suitable for families with small children. The three main beaches are Fireman’s Beach, Malama Beach and Ayia Triada Beach. Each one is picturesque in its own way, with shallow, clean waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent at each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within easy reach. For those who want to explore the area, car hire is readily available or why not make use of the local bus service which passes frequently from the outskirts of Kapparis into the nearby resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa during the summer months. Paralimni and a good range of shops and supermarkets can also be easily reached by bus. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a chilled atmosphere, Kapparis is a great destination

Modern, clean villa in a quiet location close to both the sea, shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this villa if you’re looking for a relaxing sun holiday away from the crowds but with easy access by hire car/taxi to nearby towns such as Protaras, Agia Napa and further afield. Nice welcoming touches upon arrival included a loaf of bread, butter, milk, juice, tea and coffee (so breakfast for the first day was sorted!). The pool was spotlessly clean and well situated to allow sunbathing all day long; it’s also not at all overlooked as the villa is tucked at the back of a very small development that backs onto a field. Zoe was amazing as a host, very responsive. Can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely stay, and in fact extended our stay by an extra 3 days. Lovely villa in a nice quiet location. Andreas and Andreas the 2 taxi driver were also fantatsic throughout our stay and I would highly recommend using them. All in all a lovely trip, and will definitely be returning soon

We got help with pick-up at the airport and it worked like clockwork. It is a very nice house, very pleasant layout and bright and fresh! The equipment in the kitchen is fully sufficient. Heating and wi-fi was appreciated! It was off-season so some restaurants and shops were closed but there was still a choice within walking distance. About 30 minutes walk to the well-stocked Metro. We chose to rent a car which made it easier to get around. Quiet and peaceful area with fields around there, and close to the sea and beaches. We often choose the host and this house again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern villa. We got a little lost on arrival as it was night but they were extremely helpful. When we arrived there were basics in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Kitchen has everything you need. The plug sockets are English, but there is a eu-English adaptor in the kitchen. Beach and bars/restaurants are a five minute walk away but I would recommend hiring a car to explore and also especially in winter bars/restaurants are limited. Villa is not over looked by neighbours. Overall a lovely stay!
