This fabulous and modern 3 bedroom villa is located in Pernera and is within close walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars in Pernera and within close reach to Protaras Centre. An excellent choice for families and groups who want to be close to all the beaches and amenities.

The ground floor features a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room area has comfortable sofas, widescreen and satellite TV and patio doors leading out to the front garden. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. You will also find the main family bathroom on this floor

Outside, the villa has a sunny and spacious private pool and garden area, with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is a pool heating (optional extra cost 35 Euros per day).

Free WI-FI is available and there is air conditioning throughout.

Area Description
Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports. The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer

Just returned from a lovely week in Pernera staying at Palm Villa 17.
The villa was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s one of the cheaper properties in Imagine Villa Rentals portfolio and was extremely good value. The pool can be heated for a small fee and the beds were really comfortable with quality linens and towels.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the TV has hundreds of channels.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with en-suite, full bathroom and a downstairs loo.

The service we received from Imagine Villa Rentals is the reason that this was my 4th time in one of their properties. From emailing for a quote to the welcome visit on your first day they have are extremely helpful, informative and friendly. In fact all the people we have had any contact with from Imagine have been lovely, the pool maintenance, gardeners, cleaners etc.
Anastasia in the Pernera office is fabulous. She responds quickly to any emails / WhatsApp messages and will help in any way she can.

The website is very easy to navigate and their properties are well maintained.
I can’t wait to go back in October to stay in my 5th Viila and I can’t see myself booking with any other company. Thank you so much 😊

Very nice & spacious villa in a quiet location on the outskirts of Pernera. The pool & outside space is excellent and the rooms and living area are all spacious and of a good standard. Restaurants, bars & shops are all a short 10 minute walk away and there’s a good choice both in pernera & protaras. Would definitely recommend staying here & Zoe was welcoming and helped us with a good taxi driver for the week

Lovely villa

For a stay in October, 2013

This was out first time renting a villa for a family holiday and we were more than satisfied with our stay. It was lovely to have our own pool, jacuzzi and not have to stick to the hotel routine of meal times. The location was excellent, very close to the facilities of the resort but just far enough away from any noise of the local bars. We'd definitely recommend this complex to families.

Fantastic villa !

For a stay in July, 2013

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was clean, spacious and just 5 minutes walk to the centre of Pernera and a lovely beach. The bus stop at the entrance of the development was very handy to travel to Protaras or Ayia Napa in the evenings. We can't wait to visit again in 2014
