This elegant and inviting 4 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, just a few minutes walk to the main Protaras strip and the beaches and amenities. Its classic décor and furnishings, sizeable garden and tranquil surroundings make this the perfect villa for family or friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday

The ground floor of the villa features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool, and offering picturesque hill and sea views. The living room provides comfortable sofas and widescreen TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and utensils needed for your self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for two people.
One of the double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. In addition, there are patio doors in here that lead to the garden

Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom each with shower and WC. One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony, and the other two bedrooms share a large balcony, all of which provide beautiful, panoramic views.

Outside, the attractive and extensive garden features a barbecue area with a sink and worktop space, perfect for al-fresco dining and an outside dining table and chairs. There is also a large pergola with a ping-pong table underneath and comfy seating area. One of the biggest attributes of the garden is the large private pool surrounded by modern decking, with Roman steps leading into it as well as a waterfall feature. The whole garden is bordered by lush landscaping, and offers gorgeous views, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind, to admire the views, to appreciate the tranquility of it all, and to bask in the hot Cyprus summer sun.

The swimming pool is available with optional pool heating (upon request), at an additional charge of 60 EUR per day.

Overall, this classic 5* villa is the perfect option for those looking for somewhere close to the beaches and amenities in Protaras, but not so close to be disturbed by anyone or anything, so you can enjoy a calm and soothing holiday.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had in Protarus. The Villa was perfect for our family. Or Grandchildren absolutely loved the outdoor area particularly the pool. The shallow section was brilliant for the youngest who turned one when we were there as she is not yet walking but could stand and walk around the edge. The steps and shallow end were also excellent for the four year old who came home being able to swim. I particularly loved the beautiful flowering trees and bushes in the grounds. The weather was perfect and the breeze surrounding the location slightly up a hill was much appreciated.
The service received from your Company has been the best we have received from a Villa rental Company, from your help with the booking to the contact from the reps and the services of the cleaners.
We are in the process of looking for next year and will definitely be using your Company.

We (a group of eight people, aged 21-23) were staying in this beautiful villa for seven days and had a blast. The villa is high-ceilinged, has an open dining area and living room with a spacious kitchen that we used quite often. Upstairs the rooms were big with comfortable beds and space to store our clothes. Every bedroom (3 up and 1 downstairs) has an en suite bathroom and there is an additional toilet downstairs. The two balconies were used from enjoying the view to drying our towels. The air con in every room is a must and worked without any problems. The Outside is gorgeous as well: The pool is very big and even has a small Jacuzzi area. The lounge, tables and beach chairs were used daily. And the BBQ area was spacious and easy to use. We just needed to buy the coal (and meat) from the Lidi that was 5 minutes away by foot - otherwise, all the tools and stuff were provided. The villa is situated 2 minutes off the main road of Protaras, 10-15 minutes of Ayia Napa by car and 8 minutes from Protaras by foot. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Its in an area with a lot of other villas but still we felt secluded as the villa is surrounded by hedges. So we still had our privacy. Xenios was always very quick to answer any of our inquiries and provided helpful insight. All in all I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again anytime.
