This lovely 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is in the ideal location, in the heart of Protaras, just seconds from the sea and a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Inside the villa has been modernly decorated and furnished. The ground floor has an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a corner sofa, widescreen and Satellite TV and DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C, a double bed and balcony. The second and third bedroom both have two single beds and balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and beside cabinets. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower and W/C.

Outside, the large and spacious garden provides and outside shower, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs, sun loungers and large private pool.

Overall, a comfortable and modern villa in an ideal location, perfect for families or groups looking for a great holiday.

Area Description
Just 10 minutes walk from the main Protaras strip, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, this area of Protaras is an excellent central location within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities. The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Clean spacious villa on the outskirts of Protaras, very quiet and peaceful, with beaches, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance. The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay both inside and outside (in the courtyard there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, a barbecue, a parking space for a car). The company that manages the villa began to take care of us even before our arrival, sending us a link to the installation manual on the phone, manager Anastasia was always in touch, a small stock of food was prepared in the refrigerator for our arrival. We had a great rest!

Wonderful villa in a great quiet location just 10 mins casual walk from the beautiful fig tree bay. Villa has everything you need, a beautiful pool and all day sun. Plus full UK TV and sports channel's (loads of kids TV too) which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful House!
Newly renovated house. Everything was like in the pictures. Extremely nice people. Two things reacted immediately. We have even provided a Nespresso machine because of us. Great pool. Proximity to the pretty beach. Everything perfect!

We stayed in Villa 25 during the period 21/9/16-28/9/16. Everything about the Villa was perfect! It was only a short walk from the strip in Protaras & the beautiful fig tree bay. The Villa was spacious, clean & very well equipped. The pool & patio area was well maintained & clean! Staff answered promptly when required. The fact that there was bread and milk in the fridge for us when we arrived was a really nice welcoming gesture. Very helpful in general. All necessary facilities were included in the house and most importantly it was very clean. The location is ideal- less than 5minutes walking distance to a beautiful and quiet beach. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
