This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in Protaras, close to the main strip, beaches and amenities. This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool and garden area.
There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom is also on this floor with a bath tub, overhead shower and WC.

Outside, features a large private pool and spacious garden area with barbecue, sunloungers and shaded dining area, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer.

Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall this is a great villa in a lovely location.

We had a great week at this villa. We were a group of 5 and the villa was roomy, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed in the house and having some milk, tea, bread and jam in the fridge for breakfast was a lovely touch, especially as we arrived late at night. The villa was not overlooked by other properties and the location was great. It was in a slightly quieter location which we preferred, but there was a shop next door and a friendly pub about 5 minutes walk away. 5 minutes further were plenty of restaurants , bars and shops. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away. There is also a Lidl about 20 mins walk from the Villa. It was a perfect place for a relaxing stay with the option of nights in or to venture out for an evening out. We would recommend :)

Fantastic villa, lovely and clean, nice pool and seating area outside. Zoe was a great host, so helpful! We travelled with. 1 year old and a 93 year old and it was perfect. Thank you for the welcome pack with food and drinks for our arrival. Zoe also helped us to stay in another apartment for the day whilst we were waiting for our flight which was a huge help. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The villa is beautiful. We were a group of 3 couples. The girls loved sunbathing by the immaculate pool in the garden which is bursting with beautiful colourful flowers,whilst the boys enjoyed cooking on the bbq and playing Pool! the villa is so spacious and well equipped. Although it is a little way out from amenities (5 min drive from local supermarket and 5-10 min from protaras) it was just what we wanted...a bit of peace and quite. Zoe also recommended a local taxi company which were brilliant. They always could come and collect us whenever we needed them no matter what time of day it was and they even waited for us at the supermarket whilst we did the food shopping! All in all a wonderful experience and we would all definitely recommend it to others. We would definitely consider coming back one day

A great villa about a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Protaras and all it's bars and restaurants. Plenty big enough for six people, loads of outside space and the pool is the cherry on the cake. Communication was fine and Zoe responded quickly to my questions on the take over on the run up to my holiday. Overall an excellent experience that I'd recommend to anybody else thinking of booking a trip to that part of Cyprus

We had a great stay at the villa hosted by Zoe, everything from being picked up at the airport to arriving all went very smooth, just as Zoe had arranged. The villa is just as described in the advert and the pictures are also very accurate. It is a very clean and tidy villa and the pool is nice too. The pool was also cleaned several times during the week. The villa is also in a great location just a short walk to the main strip with all the bars are restaurants in one place. There are also several restaurants on the same road as the villa. Zoe was a excellent host and very helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived. I'll definitely be sure to book with Zoe again in the future.
