This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay Beach and all the amenities.

As you enter the villa, you will find the modern and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your comfortable self-catering stay, the dining area seats 6 persons, and the living room has a comfortable seating area with widescreen and satellite TV (Full UK channels) and patio doors leading to the garden and pool area
There is also a WC on this floor

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and double bed, bedroom 2 also has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and all have patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The main bathroom can be found on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC

Outside, the villa has a large garden with a private pool and sun loungers, perfect for those hot, lazy, sunbathing days and there is a barbecue area as well as table and chairs for outside dining on those ‘staying in‘ nights.

Pool heating (60 Euros per day) and Central Heating (35 Euros per day) are both available on request for an extra charge.

There is full WI-FI and air con throughout.

The ideal option for those looking for a relaxing break, within close walking distance to the beaches and amenities and everything that Protaras has to offer, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil break.
