This lovely 5 bedroom villa with private pool is located in central Protaras, just 5 minutes walk from all amenities of the resort centre and the fabulous beaches.

The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for 8 persons and a fitted kitchen with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Patio doors lead onto a large veranda which is ideal for outside dining and has views down towards the sea. The living room is situated at the back of the property, overlooking the pool area and features a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and DVD player. There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin room all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. This floor also gives access to the garden and pool area which is spacious and sunny with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. A covered area features a Ping-Pong table and there is also a shaded sitting area which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings.

The villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and an excellent choice for those who want to be close to all that Protaras has to offer.

Fantastic villa. Well equipped and has plenty of space both inside and outside. Easily sleeps 8. The location is fantastic - set just behind the stip and just a 4 min walk to the beach. Loved our villa stay - so much more flexibility than the usual hotel - wouldn't hesitate to book again Zoe as the host couldn't have been more helpful!c

Stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in September / October for our daughters wedding. Villa had plenty of space and good outside space, pool is a good size with plenty of shade later in the day. We'll located, only a short walk from the main strip and beaches, Lidl only 100m up the road. Would highly recommend anyone else to stay here. Unfortunately while we were here many restaurants, bars and shops were closed due to the difficult times caused by covid 19 so the resort was quiet, very sad for businesses but didn't affect our stay.

The swimming pool, the free wifi, the helpful taxi service recommended by the host, the fact that the host supplied us with water, bread, milk, juice etc upon arrival.

Very easy to find, close to Lidl (200m) and transportation (50m) to Ayia Napa or Larnaca. Clean rooms in very good rooms, all functional utilities. The pool was cleaned every 2 days and the water very clean and pleasant (for May). It is not on the main alley but very close to the promenade area of the resort. Thanks to owners for late checkout.

Great villa, excellent location
The welcome pack in the fridge was ideal as we arrived late in the evening, the property was modern amd comfortable and the pool area was just perfect. Plenty of outdoor space with the upper terrace, all in all I'd recommend it to anyone..

The villa is in a perfect location only a few minutes from the centre of Protaras. A car would not be necessary as all amenities are close by, beach, bars, restaurants and not forgetting that Lidle's is a stones throw away. The villa has three floors, on the top floor there are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a good hot powerful shower over the bath. There are patio doors in one of the twin rooms overlooking the pool, a balcony from the double bedroom and another patio door from the hall. The upstairs is really light and airy, air conditioning units in all the bedrooms. There are large built in wardrobes, there was a free safe and a high powered hair dryer. The main entrance from the street was at the rear of the villa, this is on the middle floor, a very nice dining area with windows to the back and side, extending to fit 8 people comfortably. There was a radio, docking station and books on a small book case here. The kitchen was well equipped with a decent hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Iron, iron board clothes airer also available. There are patio doors leading out onto a large balcony area which has outside lighting for evening time. We sat here in the morning sun, it overlooks the pool. The sitting room is comfortable with a smaller balcony again overlooking the pool and has ceiling fans. There was a tv with a few satellite channels, we mainly used it for the news channels, not much in the way of British tv channels. The wifi was very good and was in the sitting room, it was not great in the twin bedrooms but could be used around the pool and the double bedroom perfectly. There was a PlayStation and games witch my 8 year old enjoyed. There was a cloakroom toilet on this floor. Leading down to the bottom floor and pool from here there was a child's safety gate. The bottom floor had a double bedroom, no windows in this room but our party found it to be comfortable and there is a separate shower room. The outside space was really great, and were we spend most of our time. There is a large patio table under the building which was great to use, lovely and shady out of the sun. There was a large four burner gas bbq with plenty gas to use. Rattan sofas and tables which could be under the shade of the building or out in the full sun. (A drinks fridge would be great down in this area) The pool was a good size, not too cold even in October with sun loungers. There is also lighting around the pool area for evening use. The villa is close to the road, but we were not disturbed by any traffic noise, separated by the garden, a drive and cycle path. We had a lovely holiday here, the letting agency were very helpful with all enquirers and always on hand to help promptly, efficiently, and all very friendly. Thank you I would recommend this villa for location and value, couldn't have asked for better.
