This beautiful villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and offers spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard, and outside the expansive and private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

As you enter the villa, you will find the open plan living room, dining and kitchen area, surrounded by patio doors leading out to the large covered patio area at the front. The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish, the living room offers a comfortable seating area and widescreen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.
One of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor with a double bed as well as a separate shower and WC.

Upstairs, the villa has a further 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to the large balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds. The family bathroom can be found on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC

Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long, lazy, summer days sunbathing. There is an outside seating area that overlooks the pool and is ideal for evening dining if you want to stay home and light the BBQ

An extra luxury of this villa is the independently accessed annex next to the main house. The annex has an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and widescreen TV. Up the winding staircase, there is the added bonus of an ‘attic room’ that has three single beds and seating area.

Located midway between the resort centre and Cape Greco national park, this area of Protaras offers scenic surroundings in a quiet location. The nearest beaches and resort amenities are just 2 minutes drive away and Ayia Napa is 7 minutes drive away. The Cape Greco area offers a peaceful and tranquil setting for visitors who want to be somewhere relaxing but within easy reach of the resort areas. Just a short drive to both Protaras and the livelier resort of Ayia Napa, Cape Greco is well known for its private and secluded villas along with amazing sea views over the eastern coastline. Spend a day at the popular Konnos Bay Beach with its crystal clear waters and soft white sand before heading back to enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in Protaras or Ayia Napa. For those who love the outdoors, take a morning or afternoon walk along one of the many coastal paths that the area offers through the Cape Greco nature trail or have a barbeque evening at one of the many picnic sights whilst enjoying the views. The perfect villa location and size for 3 young families. 6 adults and 8 children had a superb 5 days here. A great base to explore the south and east coasts from. The villa has everything you’d want with highlights being the swimming pool, bbq, Internet and digital tv. Zoe the host was very quick on communications and provided cots and high chairs on request too. Would highly recommend a visit here.
