This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views.

This villa was immaculate and would be an ideal location in the summer months, however Protaras and the surround places all shut down in the winter, no shops or restaurants are open, which I knew anyway, which didn’t put me off my stay. I will be returning in the summer to hopefully see Protaras in bloom

Great pool and outdoor area. Everything in excellent condition. Sofa, dining area, kitchen, room very clean. Everything for toddler was prepared (bed, high chair) Early check-in and late check-out without any problems or extra charge.

My family and I stayed in Blue Pearl #3 villa for two weeks in September we had previously seen pictures on website but upon arrival it surpassed our expectations it was absolutely stunning from the inside decor to the outside pool area and living area My family and I are already planning a return to Zoe’s villa as soon as we can ,would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday you will not be disappointed thanks again Zoe for a great holiday
