This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views.

Zoe is a great host and the villa is even better in person than in the pictures. The town is only a short walk away from where we were located as well as the beach. If going during the hottest periods I would suggest maybe getting a buggy to help with carrying a lot of shopping. All in all a beautiful holiday

This beautiful home is an amazing get away in a perfect location with all the amenities you could want. We spent our days lounging by the pool with an occasional dip to cool off in the beautiful Cyprus weather. In the evening we headed for the rooftop deck to watch the sunset and stargaze. It’s an easy walk into town and there’s a lovely seaside boardwalk along the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are plentiful. We highly recommend this home for your Cyprus getaway!

The villa is well located about a 5 minute walk from all the shops / restaurants / bars in Protaras. The villa itself is modern and clean, with good outdoor space, a good BBQ, good-sized pool and table tennis table. I would highly recommend if you’re looking in the Protaras area.
