This stunning new 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and sandy beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

This stunning villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom with sofa bed and separate w/c are also located on this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor you can find 3 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin room. The second room has a double bed and a balcony with sea views, there is also an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is at the back of the house with a balcony overlooking the pool area and countryside. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor with bathtub, w/c and overhead shower.
Up on the third floor you can find a stunning roof terrace which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the morning sun.

Outside, the garden area features a large swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. The garden wraps around the house and is covered with AstroTurf for extra comfort. An outside covered seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ, this area also has wind down blinds to make the most of even the cooler nights out of summer. There is an outside kitchen and TV for that extra convenience.

A satellite TV, and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

This Villa was everything that we could have asked for. Great layout inside and out. Plenty of space for all of the family. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, didn’t ask for anything. Air conditioning throughout was so good and much needed! Beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms are all of an great size. Very clean throughout. Excellent bathroom facilities and even a toilet on ground floor. Pool area was great. Pool was a great size and depth, with plenty of sun beds.lovely fruit trees in garden. Fake grass was excellent as didn’t then have bugs. Outside shower and bbq, all excellent. Patio area had blinds which we rolled up but can imagine would be great when slightly cooler. Even a patio heater not that we needed it. One of the blinds we couldn’t roll up as it if a doves nest on it. We took great joy watching chicks hatch over our time here. Very clean outside and had a table to sit at along with comfy chairs to relax in. Even an outside tv. Location was great for local area, only a short walk to 2 supermarkets and to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again.

Lovely villa in great location. Villa was well equipped with good outside space. imagine villas, the rental company were just a phone call away and were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return.

What a great villa! Exactly like the pictures. The outside area is so nice, for both sunbathing and good conversations at the evenings. Well furnished outside, so cozy! The roof terrace is also very nice, however there is a big white building in front of it, so there’s kot much of a view, but still very nice. We rented through booking with a company called Imagine Villa Rentals where we got in contact with a lady called Vicki. She helped us arrange transport to and from the airport, and was very helpful during the entire stay. Super communication and the driver they arranged was so friendly as well. Amazing service. Supermarket is nearby, and the sweetest little taverna is just around the corner! 5 min walk to the main street and the beach. Location is great! Besides the bathrooms and the living room being a bit smaller than expected, it was such a pleasant stay. We spent most the time outside anyway :)

I highly recommend this Villa. I assure you, if you choose this villa, you will not be disappointed! It is a perfect location, stunning Villa, the pool is fantastic (the best part of the villa), the outside living space which no other villa in the complex has quite like this villa does is stunning. The villa itself is just perfect. We will definitely be returning to this villa in the near future I am sure. I never write reviews, but I thought this villa deserves me to write this. One thing I would note is if you have small children, the outside area (tiled floor) does get very slippery when wet, so please make sure they wear something on there feet appropriate to not slip, we found that crocs did just this! We asked for some extra amenities of which when we asked, they delivered these items immediately, the service could not have been better. You would go some way to find a villa better than this in my eyes. A***
