This brand new fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras.Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom and shower room with w/c is also located on this floor.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c, this area is accessed via a separate entrance door. Upstairs, the villas has a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside, the garden area features a large overflow swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

A satellite TV and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

We have been booking with Zoe and ImagineVillas for 3 years now and wouldn’t ever change when it comes to Cyprus! Zoe is always so helpful in finding us the best places. The villa was amazing very spacious plenty of room in and out! The pool was the perfect size. It was a 2 minute walk to Lidl and a further 3 to the strip so all very close! However far enough away that we weren’t disturbed by what was going on in the strip! Best location we’ve had so far! Would of loved the basement rooms to be accessible from inside the villa however it isn’t a major issue. 10/10 over all loved it !

A great luxury, modern, comfortable house with all that on it.
The whole house was amazing in one word. All in all, everything was present and in large quantities. Beds delicious. And 5 bedrooms of which 2 can be reached with outside staircase down. The manager responded immediately if we had a question. It is a house where you can stay for a long time. And beach 10 minutes walk. Supermarket nearby. A lovely terrace with swimming pool, pool table and table tennis. Lovely quiet setting.

The Villa was exactly as described! We loved the fact that it was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Master bedroom is situated in the basement while the smaller rooms are in the main house. Pool was a great size, fully equipped with everything we needed! Zoe is a great host, and provided the basics; milk, bread, coffee, sugar for us. Villa pool faces a filed which gave us a lot of privacy, but was in walking distance to Lidl supermarket, the main Protoras strip & figtree bay! Our villa did not have the pool table and foosball table as shown, but this didn't bother us.
