Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.

The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV (Full UK, Ruassian, etc) with Free Video on Demand, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.

This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

A clean pool (but not heated), a tidy area, a sea view, the beds are quite comfortable, all the necessary kitchen and household appliances are available, as well as the necessary set of household chemicals, dishes and products (dishwasher tablets, liquid for washing dishes, capsules for washing; coffee, tea, jam, butter, bread, milk, a bottle of wine, etc., very convenient and pleasant), on request they provided a barbecue and all accessories to it. The location is convenient only if you have a car. It is very convenient that the receipt and return of keys is carried out through the box at any time.

Spacious villa in the village of Neo Chorio. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. on the second - two bedrooms and a bathroom. outside dining area under the roof, swimming pool (about 8m x 4m), barbecue facilities. We always got from the villa to the sea by car. Not far from the villa (3 min.) A very decent restaurant.

Location was amazing, away from bar and restaurants. Being on a hillside it benefited from a lovely cooling breeze. Just a short walk up the hill was the oldie world village with three restaurants and a couple of cafes.

Convenient common area with kitchen and living room with fireplace, access to the pool. Good location of sleeping areas, good sea view, clean local area. The mistress of the villa is extremely positive, as much as possible to the residents.

We had a superb time booking with IVR Ltd. The Villa we had was in a beautiful location and very stylishly arranged as illustrated in the photographs.
We had an incident with the electrics, but this was very quickly managed and sorted out wihout fuss or delay by the company.
Cyprus is so beautiful. There are loads of very lovely tavernas right on the sea front, where you can relax and have a drink or eat in the beautiful sunshine. We loved our stay. The people are very friendly and helpful.
There is just so much to do, we didn't have the time to see and do it all. Especially as we wanted and needed a rest.
The villa was better than I ever imagined and I would definitely recommend booking with them. We are considering returning next year with them again. We absolutely loved it here and so very sad we had to return back to Blighty. - even though we love Blighty as much as Cyprus.

“Wow what a great house! At first glance, we thought the house was to be shared, but it was all ours. The view from the roof terrace was indeed great. Lots of space. We have not met the owners but key was provided by a numlock protected safe. The support and all required info was professionally arranged. The house it self is located in an area mostly dedicated for tourist. Distance to sea is around 2km.”

The villa managers made our stay very welcoming and went above and beyond their role to make sure our stay was pleasant. The villa itself catered to everything we could have asked for.
There is a need of a car to go places as everything was situated a distance away from the villa as the villa was situated up a big hill.

"Had a great time".

Rented this villa for a week. All of the adults and the children in our group had the best time. The villa was large enough for all 6 of us. The swimming pool was great with the maintenance guy visiting each morning making sure that everything was clean. The house has a large and confy living room as well as a large dinning area. The kitchen could be bigger since it could not fit more than three adults preparing the food in it. The view from the house is amazing since the location of the villas is overlooking the whole bay from the hill next to Neo Chorio. I would definitely book again in the future.
