Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.
The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV (Full UK, Russian, etc) with Free Video on Demand, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.

This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

Spent a relaxing week at this villa. Me and my partner wanted somewhere we could keep ourselves to ourselves and unwind, the property has everything you need to do this. Great communication with Xenios while booking, and a welcome pack of essentials including bread, milk and water (which were greatly appreciated as we arrived at 3am after a long day travelling) and a bottle of wine was an unexpected thoughtful touch. The property is clean, modern and spacious, it also very well equipped with the necessary kitchen essentials needed to cook for yourself and there is even a BBQ and utensils to allow alfresco cooking. The satellite TV has a multitude of channels including many of the same as Sky TV for British travellers and the air con in each room keeps the property at a comfortable temperature. We would not hesitate to spend another vacation here in the future.

The stay at this villa was fantastic. The view from the second floor is outstanding. You will find everything you need for the everyday life inside the house. The water in the pool will be extra warm in the evening. This place is perfect for the family stay!

The view is impressive. The house is well equipped. Also for us as passionate hobby cooks the kitchen equipment was sufficient. Oil and some spices were nice already available. Dishwasher and washing machine work well. Overall, the house was very clean. Also the location Latsi is perfect for hiking trips to the Akamas peninsula (definitely hiking to the Lara Beach and the Blue Lagoon ☺️) and also the Troodos can be reached with a little time by car. All in all, it was the perfect location for our hiking holiday."

Zoe rented us her villa and we absolutely loved it. Up on arrival someone moved the sings so the villa was very hard to find. But only one phone call later Zoe sorted this problem within 5 minutes. Excellent! As Zoe is the owner, Fanoulla and her husband run the daily operations. They clean the pool, the house and deliver an exceptional service. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the villa. Knowing that if we need anything she would take care of it. Recommendations regarding; diner, grocery, and things to do where so appreciated. Her sister owns a tavern further up the hill named Kouppas. Worth a vist. Again exceptional service, outstanding food and fantastic scenery. (Here is where you find the real Cyprus) Reviews regarding the sensational view are so true. Honestly it’s breathtaking. You should make the effort to set your alarm clock at 6:30 and see the sunrise from the rooftop. Sensational! The Villa is located on a hill, very quit and remote. Within approximately 40 minutes you’ll find Paphos, Coral Bay and other more touristic places. We didn’t mind driving up and down all the time as the scenery is spectacular. This side of the Island is well know for its natural beauty. But it is something to consider when booking. We stayed here the first two weeks of October. Weather was awesome, but at night time it cools down quickly, so does the pool. The last two days it was to cold to swim for my 2 year old. Speaking of my 2 year old. Zoe rents the house with all the extra’s you’ll ever need with a little child. Fantastic! Once again, We loved It. Tanks a million!

Great house for family with children. The location was amazing, the view from the front bedroom is stunning to wake up to! We enjoyed delicious food from the seafood restaurant in latchi as well as great value meals in old town Polis. The sun shone and the sky was blue, perfect winter break !
