This super 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort centre, right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Spacious both inside and out, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, with widescreen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a w/c on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and 2 with a double beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. A large and sunny balcony area can be accessed from the main bedroom.

Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden and pool area, surrounded by trees for privacy. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining. The swimming pool has roman steps making it easily accessible. Free WI-FI and satellite TV are available and the villa has air-conditioning throughout.

Service was great! We used two villas next to one another (there were 14 of us..) and everything was as described- villas were clean, so we're the pools and wifi was working, Even a docking station for iPhone (old charge- 4 and such..) was provided.. It's 5 minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from nissy beach. Absolutely recommend using Zoe - she's reachable and will see to all your needs
